Sundance Cameo 2001 filter cycle error message
As i understand it this hot tub has 4 filter cycle adjustable settings. When i push the filter cycle button to adjust the cycle times it allows me to adjust the first cycle but when i push the cycle button again i get an 03 code come up anybody got any ideas what this means. Also how does the Sunspot Ozone filter work what switches it on or is it automatic. Any help would be appreciated Thanks

sundance filter cycles
I think you may be confused - if you used to have 4 cycles, thats probably correct if you just had an eprom chip upgrade or circuit board upgrade.
You now have newer software which no longer has 4 filter cycles which were excessive. you only have one - Export spas are different to US spas - single speed pumps run much higher flow so 1 x 30 min cycle is usually heaps.
O3 is the ozone settings - set the start time and duration - duration should be 24 hrous for optimum performance, and start time then becomes irrelevant - however if the spa is turned off at 4pm and the O3 start time is 3.30pm - the ozone will not resume until 3.30pm the following day and then 24 hrs per day from then on.
The ozone generator creates ozone to destroy bacteria in the water - when run 24hrs per day, you can almost eliminate sanitising chemicals depending on bather load and cleanliness
