I have a Blue Ridge spa that I was given. The previous owner had it hooked up on 220v. I have it set up on 110v, but things aren't working right. When I plug the spa in, the lo speed pump comes on, the lights work, etc. When I press the pump button (the buttons aren't labeled, but one runs the light... the other has to be hi/lo), one of the relays clicks and a light on the panel flashes. If the temp knob is turned up, the contactor will click as well. You can see both engaging and disengaging. I have pictures of the control panel and top side controls.
Any ideas? This all worked on 220v before I moved it. The PO did have some hokey wiring. Used a 12/2 cable... white was neutral, black was line one, and green was line two. Then there was separate ground wire taped along the other cable " title="Shocked" /> He had the black wire connected directly to the line side of the contactor. Is that what I am missing? For 110v I have it going to L1 on the terminal block. You can see this in the pics.
Spa details: Blue Ridge Spas, control panel says 1994 on it, model might be 400, two relays, 1 contactor, two air activated micro switches, pressure switch, 2 speed motor, heater, built in GFCI and timer.
