Hi, I have a 1995 Cal-Spa model PS5-B VIP that I bought used and It has a V-shaped pvc pipe and two flow direction valves with lids and flaps inside as check valves, the system does not have a blower, does this system somehow pull air in and send it through the jets. I do have air adjustment valves on the top of the spa, everything else seems to work fine, The spa is a 240v system with two motors, and help?Thank You
