| Blower circuit quit working on a LA spa |
Hello, thanks for reading. I have an older (10 or more years old) LA Spas with two 5hp 2 speed motors, an ozonator, 2 speed blower (heater) and a light with three settings. The number 2 pump quit, so I pulled it out and it was just a capacitor, so I had it fixed and reinstalled the pump. Mind you every thing worked fine before I was working on the pump. I put the pump in and ran it on low and high and everything worked fine. I went to turn the blower on and now it doesn't work. Well to be more specific the blower does work I hooked it up to another 110 volt power source and it worked. I measured the voltage coming out of the blower plug and I am getting about 3 volts. I know things go bad, but I work on these occasionally so I know I would usually think it is just a bad board or a fuse or relay. But the fuse has been eliminated on this board and I do not see a blower relay. I am thinking there might be something I am not seeing. And its always helpful to have a few thousand other folks look at your problem!! I have a gecko M-spa pack if you need the numbers to help let me know, Thank you |
