ACC topside panel frozen with all lights on, what's going on

Hi
My control panel is an ACC KP-1005 and the circuit board is SmarTouch Digital 1000. Now all the lights on the control panel stay on and I can't do anything. No pump is running, no heat and no function at all. Is the problem in the topside panel or do I have to replace the circuit board as well?

I've had the same thing happen to mine. I called Applied Computer Controls. They told me that the circuit board needed repair or replacement.

I was looking for something a little bit more specific...I figured something was broken, otherwise it would be working correctly.
