I had it run for 45 minutes and then it shut off and the message was "OH" turned it off and let sit 30 minutes and turned it back on and it counted down from 5 it started up and then went right to the "Sn!" message.

I'm not familiar with that pack but sn usually means a sensor problem. That would make sense if you also had an OH error.
