| DIMENSION ONE SPA anyone know what these error codes mean? |
I have recently fixed a leak on an old Dimension One Chairman spa. I believe its a 1998/1999? not sure, but after fixing the leak i filled the spa and got some various error codes that I haven't seen before. I got the error "OH" several times, the spa would start to warm up and about 4-5 minutes later OH is blinking on the screen. Tripped the breaker and the code clears? I also sometimes would get other codes. I also got "ILOC" about every 5-6 times. Then one time I even got a "FLO" error code. Anyone have any idea on what these codes mean/might indicate? Any idea on parts I might need to replace? I know there is another leak could this be one of these errors? ANY INPUT IS MUCH APPRECIATED! Thanks |

Re: DIMENSION ONE SPA anyone know what these error codes mean?
OH = over heat FLO = low flow ILOC = Interlock failure
OH is typically caused by the temperature of the water inside the heater getting excessively hot, and can be caused by FLO, low water flow. The most common cause of this is a clogged filter, or clogged impeller on the pump circulating water through the heater.
ILOC, I believe on your spa is related to a magnetic switch on the door, that will cause the spa to shut off if the door's open. |

Thanks for the quick reply!
What door are you refering to? I removed the wooden cover over the pumps/computer. But that never brought up an error code before? what else might this indicate? |

Re: DIMENSION ONE SPA anyone know what these error codes mean?
I am having the same problem with ILOC error and also have had OH even when water temp is 95 F, also have FLO error code.
For ILOC - he has tried replacing computer board - this was not the problem he replaced the upper control panel still get ILOC error unplugged Ozone and still get ILOC error
I have now unplugged the pump to see if the unit will heat properly and if it is getting voltage spike from pump when it kicks on I will let you know.
If it is not the pump then I do not know and I figure my hot tub will never work properly. |
