| temp flashes 104 degrees and pump only runs on low, weslo daybreak 510 |
At first the display would read OH and the water was at 104 degrees and the pump would only run at low speeds. I checked the flow and that was fine. I ran it without the filters for possible flow issues, did not help. I replaced the in the tub sensor and the high temp sensor as they were both wired to the same connector. After draining the tub and refilling it, it went from 48 degrees and 104 back and forth then flashed at 104 degrees even when the water was cool. It doesn't read OH anymore, but just flashes 104 degrees. The water gets to 104 and the pump goes off. The pump still cycles to keep the temp at 104 and flashes. It always flashes even when the pumps off. If i hold down the pump button it will go into the filter cycle mode and the pumps switches from low to high and sometime stays on high. I don't know if the control panel is the brains or the circuit board. Another thing i notices is the tub light used to work when it read OH and now it doesn't. It's a weslo daybreak 510. It has a lite leader Balboa circuit board. I looked for corrosion and it seems clean. Any help would be nice before i end up with new parts i Don't need. Thanks again. |

well i replaced the circuit board and still have the same problem. The water is hot and reads 104 degrees. When I turn the pump on, it runs for acouple of seconds and the display reads OH. What else could it be. I guess the next thing to change out would be the top side control panel. Is there anyone out there that has seen this problem. HELP!!!!!! Thanks |

" title="Sad" /> I have a new top side controller and nothings changed. I have new sensors, circuit board and controller. There's not much left to the system, yet I still have that flashing temp (104). Unless one of the new parts was defected, I am at a lost. The temp sensors, both ohm out ok. Maybe it's stuck in a mode and even with a power reset it does't change. Has anyone seen anything like this. " title="Sad" />
