| Balboa board problems |
I have a 2004 Leisure Bay G2Plus model with a Balboa 52326 circuit board. The spa just quit working. The main GFI is still on and the Ozonator is still running. The main barrel fuse is still good. I removed it and tested it for continuity.
A smaller fuse is soldered to the board and the glass is still clear. It is not listed on the wiring diagram for the controller. It doesn't have any numbers on it to identify it if it needs replacing.
The smaller fuse has 110 v ac on one end and only 7 v ac on the other. The transformer tests 7 v ac incomming and only.6 v out.
I have no display and the buttons are not working either.
Any suggestion on where to proceed from here would be appreciated. |

A good fuse should have the same voltage on both ends.

That glass fuse is for the main transformer. If the transformer gets no power then the entire system will shut down. It's easy enough to hot wire a new one over the top of it if you have the requisite minimum skills to do it. I believe it's about a.5 amp slow blow. |

Thanks for the info. I will try soldering a new fuse on and let you know how it works out. |

Did soldering the fuse work? did you have continuity on the old fuse? I have a similar problem.
