Hi I have a Nordic hot tub Ser,# 7602w3c3206 Model#DU NOR120-CCA Balboa Instrumants.My jets are on one button. The low jets come on just fine but the high jets do not come on when pushed a second time.Could this be the top side Control? Thanks

Check the voltage on the white and black, and white and red pump socket with the pump plug disconnected.

It should alternate voltage between the two (White Red and White Black) as you push the Jets button. If it is working correctly, then you've got a bad pump motor, otherwise, you're probably going to need a new circuit board for the controller.

Thanks for the reply.I checked the volts on the white and black,it had voltage, white and red it had voltage while pushing my jet button my volt light did not go on and off on either one. Is this what I needed to do? Thanks
