Sundace spa, sentry 604 with low heat temp
I have an 1987 sudance spa with a sentry 604 control system. The spa began to overheat and trip the overheat sensor. I replaced the temp sensor. This solved the problem but a new problem occurred. The water temperature does not get hot enough now. It will heat to the high 90s, maybe 100 degrees. The thermostat knob is as far on hot as it will go. It worked fine before the overheat issue and the replacement of the temp sensor. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks R.T. rljatrout@nethere.com Note:system is all electric set up for 220v.

Just to be sure, double check your water temp with a meat thermometer. If it was overheating before you might be used to >104 degree water.
