1998 Dimension One w/ FL error code
From reading the other posts, my guess is FL mean Flow, not Failure. The spa doesn't heat, but the the jets circulate great. The pump and heater/flow valve were replaced three years ago and ran great since then. Now the spa says FL and the heater light never comes on. Everything else seems to work correctly with the spa.

Found a site with trouble shooting that matched problem. I think it's the circulation pump that went bad.
