| Attention All, Posting to this forum. |
When describing your problem here are the things that will help us the most, so that we can help you: Note that the examples presented are TYPICAL. If it doesn't make sense, then don't worry about it and do the best you can. " title="Cool" />

We may not actually need all of this information, or the details to this degree, but if you don't know where to start, then all of this will be of great benefit in helping you to solve your problem.
If you have a digital camera or the ability to send us photos of your controller, heater, circuit breaker box or whatever it is that is causing you problems with your spa/hot tub, they will greatly accelerate the process of diagnosis.
Lastly, if you go ahead and register here with a unique user name and a real email address, you will be notified automatically when we respond to your questions, making life a lot easier than having to come back and weed through a lot of "Guest" posts, trying to remember what the subject line of your topic was.
Sometimes we will change the subject line of the topic you started to a format that allows others to view them in a more organized way. For instance, a new topic with the subject of "Breaker trips when I turn on jets", will be changed to "1998 Cal Spa - Balboa 2000: Jets trip breaker". If you can come up with something along this line it will also simplify our task of keeping the forum more organized.
Thanks!
PS: Serial Numbers of Spas, Pumps, Controllers, and relays and such do us no good so that's one less thing for you to worry about! |

JET FLOW
Hi, this is my first time to post, so bear with me. I am at my wits end with this. I have an inground pool with a connected spa/hot-tub. When I turn the spa on lately, the pressure is not there, and there is barely any bubbles. I have checked the pump, it's fine, have checked the diverter and it's ok. When the pool filters have just been cleaned, it works a little better, but not to the potential that it was last summer. It does have some flow, so we were told that it could not be clogged. I don't know what else to check, please advise! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! |

Re: Attention All, Posting to this forum.
Hi I am having trouble posting a problem, so I have hit this button, sorry if its wrong. Please help, to where I can, and how I can post the message below, thanks simon
Hi, I have a Dimension 1 Nautilus with flow rate error. I have changed the flow rate switch, changed the filters changed the locating cones which hold the filters and placed a hose on the circulating pump and pushed the broken plastic parts back out from the cones. Cleaned the circulating pump and it works, Tried to put the control panel back to orignal settings, but the error still permits. Would appreciate advice. Thanks Simon |
