Baja Sportub w/Flo error

I have a Baja Sportub model 1054, 220 gal. It all started with FLO, three repairmen later, a new pump, new pressure switch, new heating element, new relays and finally a repair on the circuit board. I still have FLO. I bout it 12 years ago and last Aug began this nitemare. Now when powered up it gurgles, bubbles and then starts a series of clicks about 3 to 4 times and shuts off, will repeat this process over and over but I turned it off. Primed the pump, blew out individually the jets (12), the furtherest in a counterclock circle -- jet/valve would not gurgle or bubble. Any suggestions on a fix?
Also where would I get a wiring diagram of the circuit board? Of course I was not the person who unplugged and removed it. HELP!!!! TPauley

Re: Baja Sportub w/Flo error

Looking at the pic it seems as if the repair man has done some re-plumbing meaning the heater now sits higher than before?

It also looks like the heater is now upside-down?

IF THIS IS THE CASE, then I think that air is collecting in the heater as there is no where for it to go... the air lock causes the heater to get very hot very fast, giving you the FLO(w) message.

If this is the case, taking the front off the wet-end of the pump and rotating 90deg clockwise it so that the exit from the pump comes towards you in the picture (as low as possible). Then re-plumb the exit to the return. This will then mean that the heater tube is below the exit pipe. Should fix the problem...

A pretty dodgy option to test this theory would be to replace all the service covers to the electrics, then loosen the right hand heater union so it leaks slightly, but doesnt come undone completely. this will allow air to escape as the circ pressurises the system. DO THIS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND ONLY IF THERE IS NO WAY WATER WILL ENTER THE ELECRICAL BOX!!!

If you see even a slight improvement here, ie it takes a few sec longer before u get the code, then the above is probably correct.

Let me know how u get on.

Re: Baja Sportub w/Flo error

I received the answer about my FLO problem. Would you have a color pic of the correct way the heater should be installed? As long as I can remember the heater tube has been at the top of my control box. BTW...I am still getting the click, click, click sound and everything stops for 30 sec and starts trying to reset & run again. I think I have a wire in the wrong place-hense the color coded wiring diagram would be extremely helpful.
thanks for the answer and I look forward to anything else you can help me with my spa.
