| Deminsion 1 Triad Flow Help |
Good Morning,
Recently aquired a 2001 Deminsion 1 Triad, 2 months ago circulation pump went and replaced and worked fine. Last week started getting a "FLC" error with heater light staying on and heat indicator on display flashing. After reading several post on this forum I pulled filter and ran as suggested but it did not clear error. I have spoken to 2 spa techs locally (non D1 reps) and both have indicated they believe it is the Flow switch. I am about to get in to replacing the switch and looking for advice and instructions before getting too deep into this. Any recommendations or suggestions before i start this project, (i.e. what to look for, things to avoid, or even another possible cause to FLC error) Thanks |

Before you replace anything you need to be certain - that the circ pump is pumping water and you have adequate flow into the tub from it. |

Circulation pump is working and as far as i can tell i am getting adequate flow, meaning that i am getting a continous flow of water and filteration within the tub. IS there something else i need to check concerning the circulation? |

Find your flow switch or pressure switch. It'll be either in line with the heater, or screwed into the heater.
For the system to indicate positive flow, that switch will need to be closed. |

OK, Fairly New Owner, I have attached a pic of the internal of the Spa and Indicated what i was explained to as the flow/pressure switch. If this is corret as explained to me how do i varify that the switch is opened or Closed? |
