| Leisure Bay Spa-After Heats up to Temp Motor Stops Flo Error |
Pump housing seal failed and I replaced one of the two speed motors (the main one that also pushes water thru the heater). I forgot to check what wire went where when I disconnected so when it came time to hook up the new motor I tried several different wireing connections until I thought I had it wired correctly. Now this motor will not turn on until I run the thermostat above water temp and heater light is lit. Once it reaches temp and heater light goes out motor will not work. When I push button to run I hear a hum for a few seconds, then it stops, and the Flo error appears on the panel. When the heater light is lit I can push panel button for low speed and high speed all day long. Once the light goes out I am dead. The motor has the standard black white red green wires. I guess I could try to go back and re-connect the wires. There should only be 6 possible wiring schemes, brw, bwr, rbw, rwb, wbr, wrb correct. Any thoughts?
Do you think I blew the circuit board or fuse or created some other problem when I cross wired the motor?
Thankyou in advance |
