Troubleshooting history for flow problem...am I on the right track?

Almost two years ago, we had to replace the pump in our Bullfrog hot tub. It's a small, three person spa with a single pump. I don't know the model but it was purchased by the previous owners of our house in 2002 or so.

After replacing the pump, we didn't use the spa much at all (it was summer and we use it mainly in the winter). When we finally got around to using it, we had problems.

First, the temp spiked up to 108 degF. I shut it down at the breaker.
Later, I tried it again and it shut down on low flow (FL or LF on the panel). I didn't touch it again for 18 months.

Recently, I drained it, cleaned it, refilled it, and started it back up. It went through the standard purge and started heating up normally.

At about 62 degF, it shut down again with a LF code on the panel.

I checked the slide valves and they are still fully open and locked open.
I removed the filter and ran it again. It shut down again on low flow at around 62 degF.

With the filter removed and the pump running, I stuck my hand in the filter housing and could feel strong, steady water flow into the pipe yet it's still shutting down on low flow.

My guess is that it's a bad pressure switch since we seem to be getting good flow. Is that guess accurate?

If it is, does anyone have a recommendation for a good repairman in the Atlanta, GA area? We have tried xxxxxx in Marietta and were EXTREMELY disappointed with their service so I'm looking for someone else.

TIA!
