cameo flo display

went out to put chemicals in spa and seen the flo flashing. turn pumps on flo goes away all pumps work fine and heater turns on when pumps are running. when pumps are not running flow comes back on and can't get spa to heat. tried removing filter for about 10 minutes and ran pumps still flo can on and heater would not turn on after everything was shut down. can anyone help me is it the flow switch?? does it just need to be cleaned out and drained. if it is the flow switch is it easy to install by myself.

Either your circulation pump isn't operating, or your flow switch is defective (or not connected)

I recently encountered the same FLO warning indication on my sundance capri and found a defective circulation pump starting capacitor. Replaced capacitor and all works as advertised.
