Hi i have a 1996 dimension 1 diplomat with 2 pumps they both seem to work fine there is plenty of pressure to all the jets however there is no water going through the second filter and through the heater line which is causing a flo1 error. The flow switch works there is just no water being pumped through the heater doese anyone know if there is a seperate circ pump on this model and where it would be or any other suggestions would be great.

I have also cleaned the filters and removed them still no flow through the heater pipes the only way to get flow is to put a hose in the filter area which leads me to believe that this is seperate from the rest of the jets and works on its own pump.Again both pumps work and there is plenty of flow through both sets of jets, each pump works one half of the spa.

Did you get an answer or figure out your problem? I have a 1995 Dimension One Platinum with 2 filters. The problem is no heat and a FLO1 fault. Both pumps move water separately and at the same time, pump 1 pulls water thru the skimmer and thru the shorter filter and runs half the jets. Pump 2 runs jets with good force. However, the taller filter with the charcoal canister lid only has bubbles from the ozonator, no water draws through the stand pipe that goes thru the filter with either pump running. I have already replaced the flow switch, but the FLO1 fault is still present. I am thinking the lack of flow thru the tall filter and the fault code are related.
