new controller not responding

Hi I just replaced my Balboa digital controller (part #5105 Cool . When I turn the power on to the hot tub everything starts to work but the controller doesn't respond. The backlight comes on and it looks like it works any suggestions?

Yes, the display shows the temp, and economy,blowers, and jets, and there was a padlock so I tried to unlock it and it froze up and now it's on the time screeen and it shows 88:88^ Thanks

Jeez... that doesn't sound very good.

I'd definitely call the techs to get this thing fixed asap. Sounds like board/topside problem.
