Hi,
I have an '01 sweetwater bahia which is flashing FL1 and I have read the various troubleshooting techniques but my situation seems different. My pumps (there are two) won't run at all and of course the heater is not working. If I reset the breaker it just comes back to flashing FL1. The topside control jet buttons don't do anything and the light in the spa does not turn on. The desired temp can be adjusted but of course nothing happens. Any idea where to start?

The most likely source of the FL1 code is air in the line. I get this almost everytime I change the water in my Sundance Bahia. The is a quick remedy to this problem.
1) Take out the filter and submerge it in the center of the tub.
2) Take a hose and "shoot" water into the intake side of the filter connection (usually on the controls side of the filter)
3) Replace the filter attempting the let as little air into the assemply as possible.
4) Turn on the jets and the FL1 signal should go away relatively quickly.
