F4 fuse blowing immediately when power turned on
I have a 2001 LA SPA that I got from family. It has a Spabuilders circuit board and was working fine up until we turned it off and moved it. Now the F4 fuse (which seems to control the Topside panel) blows as soon as the GFCI is powered up. I have had 2 diffent electricians and one Spa service tech look at it and everything seems wired correctly yet no one knows why it blows this fuse (750mA 250v fuse).
