Hi,

We just purchase a house and I think that spa hasn`t been used for years. I'm trying to get it going.
It is lodged in it own little house so it is protected from the weather elements.
I have replace the wet end of the pump and the check valve and filled it.
If the circulating pump runs all the time nothing trips. I can start the jets, no tripping.
If I use the timer or the NoFreeze feature the breaker trips after the motor has sat for a while. I can reset the breaker right away and it will start no problem.
The flow switch seems to be working. When the pump starts the heater starts a second after.

CAL Spa PS2
220V 4 Wires 40 amps motor.

Air blower problem?

No such beast. Its a old type spa. It has two nobb for air. The motor has two speed.
