Hot Springs Sovereign tripping breaker when thermostat kisks in
I have a Hot Springs Sovereign that keeps tripping the breaker when the thermostat kisks in. It's a HS Sovereign 199? with a brand new heating element. After I installed the new element it heated up fine then started tripping two days later. All other componets seem to be working fine.

Unfortunately it sounds like the new heating element is bad. You need to test it with a multimeter to see if it is leaking current to ground.

It is doing the same as before the new element. I don't think that the element is the problem. I cut off the old burnt cord put a new one on and the old elment heated up.
