New Spa Pack Tripping Breaker on Power Up
I just installed a new Balboa VS 510 and when I attempted to power it up it immediatley tipped the breaker. I disconnected the two pumps and blower and it still does the same thing. Any thoughts?

check for any corroded or loose wiring also after it trips the circuit feel around for any real hot wires something like the heater or a pump could have a bad ground or corroded power wire and is triping the circuit breaker

our Balboa spa (different model), did the same thing. While attempting to wire it to 220 we discovered (after the local service rep placed a call to the manufacturer) that it is not wired to accept a white (neutral) wire from the GFCI to the service panel. When it was connected, the breaker tripped immediately upon power up. It runs just fine with the neutral wire disconnected and capped.
