| Converting from Natural Gas to Propane |
I have a Natural Gas spa that I would like to convert to propane. Is it as simple as reducing the incoming orifice to a smaller size for the difference in the propane pressure?
If so, what would it take to do this?
The heating unit is a RINNAI Model # REU-95GEF
I am just looking for a simple way to place a spa in our backyard without having to plumb into my natural gas line. I would like to hook it into a standalone propane tank in the yard.
Thanks, Rob |

I'm thinking of doing something similar, but to make a spa completely portable, on a trailer, that I take camping!! (yeah, roughing it). I have a LNG heater I want to convert to LPG also. I haven't decided if it's worth the risk though. So, if I get to that project before you, and it works, I'll let you know. If you get it before me, drop me a line! |
