Vita Spa L200
I just recently moved into a new home with a vita L200 that wouldn't power on....the circuit board was burnt at the heater relay..i repaired the burnt circuits and am getting 240v at the termnals on the element but no heat...this may be a dumb question but does this sound like a blown element?
