Help Needed Troubleshooting OH
Hello - I'm getting an OH on my 1999 Leisure Bay spa with Balboa LB102 controller pack. The heater is working and it doesn't actually appear to be over heating. While set to the usual 100F I started getting OH on a daily basis. I set it down from 100F to 90F and it was holding steady at about 92F for a day or so. I bumped it up to 94F and it went into OH within about an hour. I can bypass the OH by pressing the jets/turbo air button once it cools down a little. What are the possible / likely failures? Temp sensor? Heater? Controller board? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Any ideas on this one?

The heater looks like this:
