Leisure Bay, lights won't turn off

I have a Leisure Bay G2 and just recently refilled the hot tub. Once it was filled, the jets worked properly as did the heat, but the lights did not work at all. I pressed the light buttons and could hear clicking, but nothing happened. Then I came out the next day and the lights were on! Again, I tried to push the buttons but they just stayed on and had no effect. I tried to turn off and on the circuit breaker and it the lights were on again, but this time in a different color combination.

Any ideas?

Re: Leisure Bay, lights won't turn off

Either a bad Light PCB, bad main PCB, or both.

Re: Leisure Bay, lights won't turn off

Well, I ordered and replaced the lights circuit board and it is still behaving exactly the same. i.e. the lights are stuck on. What else could it be?

Thanks for your input.

Since you replaced the light PCB, and it didn't fix it, that leaves the main PCB.

Re: Leisure Bay, lights won't turn off

Check to see if the filter waterfall light lens is cracked.
If so, the led bulb is flooded, and shorting the system.
If so, disconnect the bulb, and you will be able to control
the color kinetics lights.

Re: Leisure Bay, lights won't turn off

Thank you for the replies. I checked the light as you suggested and it seems ok. I guess that only leaves one thing. Thank you all for you your advice.
