Octagonal Spa Pool Framing

I have recently aquired a 2nd hand old style octagonal spa. It was set into the ground completly by brickwork. I dont want to set it in the ground as I want to be able to access the plumbing if ever the need arises. It will be an above ground, freestanding unit. I want to know what I need to support and what with. Do I only need to sit the spa shell's bottom on a concrete base and build panels around the shell, or do I need to support the shell under the seating areas as well as the top rim of the shell ? <img src=:" title="Question" /> Would a steel frame be better than a wooden frame ? We have had termites in the immediate area and I would like it all steel if possible. Also does anyone have any plans that would help with this framing project ? Thanks Neil. <img src=" title="Confused" />
