Problems with thermostat for a heat exchanger
I have an older ( 1992 ) "Ocean Mirage" hot tub and I have had it from day one. It uses a heat exchanger to heat the water. Not much for controls on this one. It has three air switches and two control knobs. One air switch for the lights; one for the two speed motor and one for the blower. The control knobs control the air to the jets and shuts the water fall on and of.
This tub has a thermostat control on the under side. It has a probe that goes into one of the circulating water pipes and is connected to the control via a small copper tubing. I'm assuming it is like a thermo coupler. I have had to replace this control numerous times during the life of the tub; and I have to do that again now. I was wondering if there is a stand alone digital thermostat that could replace this one. I browsed your inventory in your store and couldn't find anything.
Thanks in advance
