| Spa Builders - Are they around these days? |
Ok, so I'm trying to get _any_ info I can on my Spa Builders LX-20.
It also mention S.B.S.G which likely stands for Spa Builders System
Group or Spa Builders Support Group. I thought I would try the forums
first but got nothing so then I figured I would hit up the
manufacturer. After all, they're still selling packs from the looks
of things. I figure we'll see how good their support is.
So ok, google 'spa builders'. Check.
Third google result is http://www.sbsg-equipment.com but that site doesn't work.
First result is http://199.236.113.209/spabuilderssection/index.html which
does work. No domain registered, wierd, but ok. They have a support
button which pops up a new window but the site isn't found. So ok,
let's check out the contact section. That lists their email address
as sbsg@sbsg-equipment.com which is coroborated by Google's second
pick (http://www.poolspa.com/mfg_pages/Spa_Builders/). However, any
email sent to that address is bounced.
So anyone have any ideas now? Are these guys still around? Who can I
talk to in order to get information about my Spa Builders Spa Pack
(LX-20)?
Thanks,
Bryan |
