| Spa pumps turn on and off |
Help Please! When you turn on our spa the pumps start and stop, unitl you turn it off. It sounds like a washing machine if you leave it run for any time. So we shut it off in fear that it may cause other issues. Did not leave it on long enough to know if it still heats. Would this be the circuit board? It is a Leisure Bay, G2 board Proc. G2R1B, Balboa PN# 52326. |

Re: Spa pumps turn on and off
Yes, when you turn it on it says FLO and the 1 pump that I turned on it's light was flashing, the other pumps light was solid but after turning it on none of the buttons worked, could not even turn the light off. We let it run and it turned itself off, then it said 5nl and still none of the buttons worked. Not tripping the circuit breaker, we turned off the power to the spa at the circuit breaker. |

Re: Spa pumps turn on and off
Sn1 is a high limit problem. If it is giving you that from the moment you turn it on, you have a bad high limit sensor that needs to be replaced. |

Re: Spa pumps turn on and off
It gives that after it turned itself off (5nl). While it is running it gives FLO and if I remember correctly that meant that a tech needed to be called (we have misplaced the manual). It started this last year and we did not use it since, it seems like every year there was something wrong with it and since it was out of warranty we just left it alone. So what I am saying is that we have not used it for over 2 years now. Last year I did look into someone coming out but we live out in the sticks and gas prices were so high they wanted an arm and a leg just to come out. I had the manual then and since then have no idea where it went. |
