You won't be adding chemicals based on water volume, but rather by how much the water needs at the time of adding. Use your test kit to determine how much of what you need to add. Always start small, with the sanitizer, do a teaspoon at a time, wait 10 minutes with the jets on, and retest. For PH up or PH down, add a tablespoon at a time, again waiting for 10 minutes with the jets on and retest. Always stabilize the PH FIRST, then the sanitizer.
With a little experiance, you will get to know how much of what your tub will require, and when. Keep a chart for a few times, you will see a pattern develop.
