| temperature reads 22 degrees lower than actual |
Hi all. This is my first post on this forum. I'm hoping someone can help with my minor problem. I called Dimension One and they said they have never heard of my problem, and said they would need to send out a service guy. Anyway, here's what is happening:
I bought a used older Dimension One spa, Madrid model, which has an electronic control that displays the current water temperature and allows you to set the target. The spa works great in every respect except one, namely, the temperature reads 22 degrees lower than actual. So, for example, if I want 103 degrees, I need to set the control to 81.
Other than that, the spa works great. I suppose I could just live with it that way, and be sure to explain the situation to guests (who otherwise will get a very hot tub), but I would prefer to find the problem and fix it. Any ideas? |
