I just picked up this 95 sovereign and everything works great except for the leak. The light was recently replaced and does not seem to be the source of the leak. It seems that the leak is between the inner and outer liner as seen from the 2 picks, you can see water around the bottom of the outer hole and increses flow when the tub is compeatly full. I dont notice any other leaks other than this one.
PLEASE HELP I want to enjoy my first spa and not worry about the waste of water

Looks like you may have some hairline cracks in the shell.

While the spa is full, look very closely for tiny, tiny cracks around vicinity of the light lens, on the inside of the spa. They'll be thinner than a single strand of hair.
