Hot Spring Insulation
I have an older (10 years?) spa that has some leaks and I have a question about the foam inside. Id like to run the spa to help find the leaks. Is the faom purely insulation or is it also for structural integrity? If I have to dig a lot of foam, will it colapse or anything under the weight of the water? Does anyone know the R value of the foam or what to use to replace large amounts? Is there anyplace to get diagrams of all of the lines that run through and where all of the joints are? Should I remove ALL of the wet foam or just enough to get to the leak and let the rest dry? Thank You
