Hot Springs leaking

I have a hot springs -Bengal '99 with a slow leak. I checked the light lens...it is dry.

The leak appears to be under the controls to the left of the drains.

Any suggestions including a plumbing diagram is welcome. The access to the deck is difficult... it is enclosed in a deck.

Is is possible to go into the side to find the leak?

The fact that it is in a deck is a big problem and a huge headache unfortunately. When I get to work tomorrow I can look at the plumbing diagrams and see if anything rings a bell as far 'common leaks' go.

I can't think of anything specifically right now to look at for that model.

Do you use it year round and are you in an area that it could have frozen?
What do you use for chemicals?

Give me your email and I can send some diagrams.

***also, leaks are tough to tell where they are coming from when these tubs are on the ground because the water will first saturate the foam and seep out at the lowest point that it can find. So the area that you see water at can be deceiving.

Take a real close look at the bullet style 3/4" check valve in the equip compartment, on the intake side of the small, 24 hour circ pump. They have a tenancy to crack, and leak. The equip. Compt. is tilted back wards, so water will sometimes find a way to escape the equip compartment via one of the pre-drilled holes for pipes and mounting screws, coming out around the drain or elsewhere.

If leak is in foam, be sure you haven't inadvertently loosened the filter pipe-stand wall-fitting. Be sure the wall-fitting is tight, and only the pipe-stand comes unscrewed, with the wall-fitting staying very tight.

Like Dan, I haven't seen any usual leaks in the T.R. line. Can you tell if the leak increases, decreases, or makes no difference dpending on what jets are running? That might help you isolate a wallfitting or glue-joint. Only T.R leaks I've repaired have been around the pipe-stand wall-fitting, a few glue joints around some mini-jets, as well as some cracked mini-jets.

I also have a hot springs leaking it, it is a classic model, probably early 1980s. Leaks out of the bottom on the right side of pump compartment. Only leaks when the pump is running.

Any likely locations since it seems to be pressurized leak?

Couple of questions. If I can raise it so that I can get under it after it is filled, what is the important part to support, just the main 2x4s or the edges and middle, or? Obviously part of it will not be supported, where I want to dig at.
