HotSprings Leaking at air/water adjuster
I have an older Hotsprings 3 seat hot tub that is leaking at the air intake controller on top of the tub. In order to fix this do I pull all the insulation out and repair from underneath or is there a way to replace the controller from the top? Also are there any chemicals that will loosen the PVC glue at the joints? Or do I just replace the entire PVC connection and make a coupling connection. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Re: HotSprings Leaking at air/water adjuster
A serial number or model and year would help a lot.
It shouldn't leak at the air control - are you sure it's not the diverter valve?
If you can cut and sleeve the plumbing that is the better way to go. I cut the hose leaving a little and try to turn it with pliers. If that doesn't work I slit the inside of the hose with a dremel tool and then try to pull it out. But the best is to replace if it's not too hard.
