| Rat damage, I need to repair major leaks |
I have a Catalina SPA CAT200. This past winter I found out that a huge rat made it its home for the season. She managed to get under the SPA wooden skirt and made herself at home. I noticed the water levels were dropping when I finally discovered the roedent. After a visual inspection I replaced about 7 whoses of flexible PVC. This weekend I tested it and found a huge leak coming out through the foam in one of the corners. I can't pinpont the source without getting rid of the foam.
I tried digging into it with a knife but it is taking me forever, there is so much insulation foam. Does anyone know of an effective solvent that would help me dissolve the foam? I looked in the web and the closest thing I found was a Citrus Depot remover I ordered it but have not got it yet and I am not sure it will work. Any better ideas? Please?
I really miss my SPA. " title="Crying or Very sad" />
Thank you. |

I used a claw hammer and a big screwdriver, anything you spray on it will become a goopy dripping mess. |
