I have a hotspring spa, I think a Sovereign, some years old. Worked fine until some weeks ago when the pump didn't work anymore, so we had that replaced. The same day after filling the spa again, the water leaked until below the jets in one corner, where you can massage the whole back; it leaked below the lowest jet of those jets in the corner. The only answer of the service company was that I will have to ship the whole spa from Puerto Rico to California (!) - can you believe that?That sounds pretty stupid to me. Any word of wisdom?
