I just replaced a 240v pump on my calspa and it seems the low speed and high speed are backwards (I swear I wired it correctly). When I press the jets button which should normally turn on the high speed jets, the low speed starts. When the standard heat cycle turns on it turns on in high speed. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

How about reversing the high and low speed wires? (Leaving the "common" hot alone)

Thanks. I should have mentioned I'm trying to avoid removing the pump again at all costs as the plumbing is a pain in this confined space.

By reversing the wires are you simply referencing the black & red leads? Can I do this inside the control pack (which is much more easily accessible)?
