| Some Jets not working |
I just set up a Thermo Spa Concord hot tub. This unit is about seven years old. Two weeks ago it was working fine. I purchased it and moved it to my home. It has been sitting for about two weeks. Filled it up with water today and only 1/2 the jets are working. The jets close to the pump side seem to work fine but the ones on the far side are barley working. They all worked fine two weeks ago when I went to look at it.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,smo251 |

Re: Some Jets not working
Check around the top of the tub for any controls that might divert water from one set to another. You may also have a larger jet inside the tub with a diverter built in. Also check to see if you can close off the jets that are working, either by turning the outside face of the jet or the nozzle itself. If you can, turn off a few of the working ones and see if that forces water to the rest of the tub. |

Re: Some Jets not working
Thanks Spishex,
I have tried about all of that and I wll try the other. Should all of the gate valves be fully open? The only thing I can think of is that when I moved the tub here I checked all the gate valves and it seems that one of them was about closed. There is a valve on either side of the electrical panel box, is one of thoes supposed to be open and the other closed??

Re: Some Jets not working
Another question. The blower on my Thermo Spa Concord has stoped working. How do I check it?? |

Re: Some Jets not working
Both valves should be fully open. You might have a third drain valve that needs to stay closed, but you'll know that if you find it.
For the blower, the power to it will have to be checked. It might be the blower itself or it could be something in between the blower and power (button, relay, etc.), so the first order of business is making sure it's getting what it needs. |

Re: Some Jets not working
spishex,
Thanks so much for your help. I will check the power on the blower. As for the jets, it was the main jet needed to be adjusted, I have it working fine. All I need is the blower now.
