Balboa pumps on KeysBackyard SPA - getting DRY code HELP!!!
I filled my hot tub the other day after draining it for the winter. I did everything I was supposed to do. Filled it up, bled the air out of the pipe lines, and then primed it.
AND IT WORKED - I was a happy camper
I came back the next day to check the chemicals and balance the ph out, and the spa was on, but not pumping.
NEITHER of my 2 pumps would work. In the LED panel I got the word DRY as an error code.
Now the tub is full to the proper line, but neither pump will turn on. I have talked to someone who said the sensores on the Balboa system might be shot. IT appears that all fuses are OK. the three I can see are fine but I can't tell if the 30 amp fuse is ok because of all the mesh doodoo in the fuse.
Can anyone help.
I use the SPA for my wife's bad back and, even though I can't afford the electricity this year - I need to keep her moving. This is very important.
