Caldera spa only heating to 85 degrees
2000 Niagra model. Had a bad pump which just got replaced but now the heater only goes up to 85 degrees. No error codes on the display. When I press the up arrow it shows that it is supposed to be 104 but then it shows the current temp of 85 and flashes between the temp and "COOL". I've turned off the power for 30 minutes but get the same results when I turn it back on. The pump seems to be running all the time (not cycling like it used to). Ideas?

Re: Caldera spa only heating to 85 degrees
It may not be heating at all. The tub could just be maintaining temp because of the insulation and the residual heat from the pump running. You would need to check the heater with a multimeter to see if it is getting voltage and if it has continuity.
