No voltage at heater
Catalina Tub with Balboa Cat 100 controller - Had an issue with tub not heating over 91 degrees. Checked and had 240 volts at heater. While rechecking, I accidently grounded the heater and had to replace it. Now no heat, at all!! I had 240 volts at new heater for about 30 seconds, then no voltage. Powered the tub down and then back up and again 240 for about 30 seconds. Heater has about 13 ohm of resistance. Could there be defective relay somewhere that I am overlooking?
