I just refilled my baja sundance spa and the pumps are working fine. I will not heat up, the heat indicator light will not come on and it has a FL1 fault. It was working before I drained and refilled it.

if your spa is equiped with a circulation pump, most likely it trapped air and it's not pushing water through your flow/pressure switch and heater.

Check to see if it in "summer mode", if it is, the tub thinks it just started it's 8 hour sleep mode. Turn off "summer mode" and see if it starts up.
