I have 110v at both terminals of heater to ground, but won't heat, it is supposed to be 220v, it sounds like the element is bad, but when i ohm it, it show 0.

Sounds like you are measuring the power wrong. Never measure voltage to ground. Always measure wire to wire. I bet you aren't getting 240 to your heater. Check for a bad relay. Often one side is always hot (120V) and the other is switched for the second leg. You will have a high temp relay and a control relay, in series. |
