CALDERA ASPIRE SPA, NO HEAT...HELP PLEASE

I have a Caldera Aspire spa that came with the house when I bought it back in 10/07. I drained everything for the winter, shut it down and now refilled it back up for the summer. Everything is working great as far and flow, jets etc. But no heat. My panel is saying 68 degrees. When I hit the up arrow to set it to 101, it never goes up and its been 2 days. I opened the side up and looked at the circuit board, and there are 2 lights on it that say lim ok and heater on. Both are on, but Im not getting any heat. Any suggestions as to what may be causing no heat?

Re: CALDERA ASPIRE SPA, NO HEAT...HELP PLEASE

I would look towards the heater relay board in the blue Advent control box.

Turn power off, remove the two cover screws, take cover off and look at the relay board on the left side where all the wires hook into.

Look at the black relays (about 1 " square) and look for burn marks on the sides where the meet the board. If it is cooked then you need to replace it.

***Also check to see if both breakers are on.
