| HELP!!! No Heat on Viking Hot Tub |
I have no Heat on my Viking hot tub, it is about 8-10 years old and has an ACC Control panel under the skirting with some type of electronic topside control, (does not have digital numbers or other display, just push buttons for Light, Jets, and dial for thermostat). I have a Flow Thru electric heater.
From all of the testing and checking I have done my contactor appears to be good as well as the pressure switch and high limit. From what I understand with it being a 240 volt system I should be getting 120 volts to the yellow wire that runs through the high limit, pressure switch, then to the contactor to activate the heater when I activate the thermostat on the topside control panel, but I get no voltage. The little light next to the knob on the topside activates but no heat. The low speed pump does activate when I turn up the thermostat. Everything else works, high and Low speed pump, and the air blower.
Is this a problem with the topside control panel? Or what else could be wrong?
Please help I would really like to be able to use my hot tub!! |
